Every touchpoint is handled in your studio’s voice and adapted to your existing systems so it feels personal, timely, and aligned to your clients.

    • Daily outreach and follow-up (Monday–Friday)

  • We accept returns of unworn garments, tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.

  • Online orders have a typical processing time of 3-5 days before shipping. Shipping times will vary based on the option you select at checkout.

  • You can buy a digital gift card that can be used online or in person at our New York store.

  • Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days for processing. After we've released your refund, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • We'd love for you to come see us at our flagship location in New York at 123 Demo Street. We're open everyday from 10-4.
