A Clear, Collaborative Website Design Process
-
What I Don’t Do
I don’t build generic websites, offer one-size-fits-all funnels, or chase trends that don’t serve your studio long term.
I don’t design systems that require constant upkeep, complex workarounds, or a full-time admin to maintain.
I don’t position yoga studios like tech startups or push aggressive marketing tactics that feel misaligned with community-based spaces.
And I don’t take on projects outside the yoga studio world — because this work is strongest when it’s informed by real experience and a deep understanding of how studios actually operate.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, practical systems built with care and intention, we’ll likely work well together.

My Process
I take a systems-first, studio-informed approach to web design and client communication — because yoga studios don’t need more tools. They need fewer, better ones that actually work together.
Every project starts with understanding how your studio operates day to day: your offerings, your schedule, how students find you, how they book, and where things currently feel messy or manual. From there, I design calm, intentional systems that support both your students’ experience and your capacity as an owner.
My work typically includes:
A clear, functional website designed specifically for yoga studios
Email automations that handle onboarding, follow-up, and retention
Client communication workflows that reduce admin while increasing consistency
Because I’ve owned a yoga studio myself, I design with real-world constraints in mind — limited time, small teams, evolving offerings, and the need for systems that feel supportive rather than rigid.
I don’t believe in over-engineering or one-size-fits-all setups. I build practical, thoughtful infrastructure that fits your studio as it is now, and can grow with you over time.
The goal is simple:
Your systems should quietly do their job, so you can focus on teaching, community, and the parts of your role that require your unique presence.
